Details on $500 credit:

To qualify for the $500 credit, Buyer must purchase and close on a Summit County property by 12/31/2011 with Doyle Richmond and Dave Greenberg as the selling agent. Qualifying purchases shall include residential, vacant land, and partial ownership. Property does NOT have to be listed by Doyle Richmond or Dave Greenberg to be eligible for this promotion. Buyers must mention this promotion PRIOR to entering into a Contract to Buy/Sell Real Estate to be eligible to receive the $500 credit. $500 shall show as a credit from Broker to Buyer on Buyer's settlement statement.
